Terms & Conditions

Last Updated: August 23, 2026

Welcome to Dogs 180. These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of the Dogs 180 website and establish general terms applicable to services provided by Dogs 180.

By using this website, submitting a service request, scheduling an appointment, purchasing a service, electronically accepting an agreement, or otherwise engaging Dogs 180 to provide services, you agree to the applicable portions of these Terms.

Please read them carefully.

1. About Dogs 180

Dogs 180 provides professional dog training and personalized pet care services, including:

  • Private dog training

  • Puppy training

  • Behavior modification

  • Day Training

  • Training Camp

  • Group training opportunities

  • Virtual coaching

  • Dog walking

  • Pet sitting

  • Overnight sitting in the client’s home

  • Related pet care and training services

The availability, pricing, requirements, and scope of individual services may vary.

Dogs 180 reserves the right to modify its service offerings or decline a service when necessary for safety, scheduling, suitability, or other legitimate business reasons.

2. Website Terms vs. Service Agreements

These Terms provide general rules for the Dogs 180 website and services.

Certain services, training programs, packages, or extended-care arrangements may also require a separate:

  • Service agreement

  • Training agreement

  • Intake form

  • Waiver

  • Booking confirmation

  • Payment agreement

  • Program-specific policy

If a specific written agreement contains terms that differ from these general Terms, the terms of the more specific agreement will control for that particular service.

The Dogs 180 Vaccination & Pet Care Policy is incorporated into these Terms where applicable.

3. Eligibility to Purchase or Schedule Services

You must be at least 18 years old and legally capable of entering into an agreement to purchase, schedule, or authorize Dogs 180 services.

By requesting services for a dog, you represent that you are:

  • The dog’s legal owner; or

  • Authorized by the dog’s owner to make decisions regarding the dog’s care and training.

You are responsible for providing accurate and complete information about yourself, your dog, and any other animals or people whose information is relevant to the requested service.

4. Service Evaluations & Acceptance

Submission of an inquiry, assessment, contact form, or service request does not guarantee acceptance into a Dogs 180 program or availability of a particular service.

Dogs 180 may require an assessment, consultation, behavioral evaluation, veterinary information, vaccination records, or additional information before accepting a dog for certain services.

Dogs 180 reserves the right to decline, discontinue, postpone, or modify services when reasonably necessary because of:

  • Health concerns

  • Behavioral concerns

  • Safety risks

  • Incomplete or inaccurate information

  • Scheduling limitations

  • Service-area limitations

  • Conditions at the client’s property

  • Failure to follow agreed safety procedures

  • Other circumstances that make the requested service inappropriate or unsafe

5. Client Disclosure Requirements

Clients must provide complete and accurate information concerning their dog.

This includes any known:

  • Medical conditions

  • Injuries

  • Allergies

  • Medications

  • Dietary restrictions

  • Contagious illnesses

  • Vaccination status

  • Bite history

  • Aggression

  • Reactivity

  • Resource guarding

  • Fear or anxiety

  • Escape behavior

  • Handling sensitivities

  • Equipment concerns

  • Other conditions or behaviors that could affect the safety of the dog, Dogs 180 personnel, other animals, or members of the public

Dogs 180 works with dogs experiencing a variety of behavioral challenges. Disclosure of aggression, reactivity, fear, or a bite history does not automatically disqualify a dog from training.

However, failure to disclose relevant information may result in modification or termination of services.

6. Dog Training Services

Dog training is a cooperative process involving the trainer, dog, owner, environment, and continued practice outside of scheduled sessions.

Dogs 180 will provide professional instruction and recommendations based on the dog’s individual needs and the goals established with the client.

However, Dogs 180 does not guarantee a specific behavioral outcome or training result.

Dogs are living animals whose behavior may be affected by factors outside the control of Dogs 180, including:

  • Genetics

  • Prior learning history

  • Health

  • Environment

  • Owner participation

  • Consistency

  • Reinforcement history

  • Stress

  • Social experiences

  • Continued practice after training

Client participation and consistent implementation of the training plan are often necessary to maintain and improve results.

7. Training Methods & Equipment

Dogs 180 uses individualized training and behavior-management strategies based on the dog, training goals, safety considerations, and circumstances of the program.

Clients will be informed of recommended training practices and equipment when appropriate.

Dogs 180 may recommend specific collars, harnesses, leashes, long lines, crates, training tools, enrichment items, or management equipment when reasonably necessary.

Clients are responsible for following instructions regarding the safe and appropriate use of training equipment.

Dogs 180 may refuse to use equipment that is damaged, improperly fitted, unsafe, or inappropriate for the service being provided.

8. Training Camp & Day Training

Training Camp and Day Training are structured dog training programs and are not general daycare or boarding services.

Dogs participating in these programs receive training, management, enrichment, and care as part of an individualized training plan.

Program availability, duration, prerequisites, owner participation requirements, follow-up lessons, equipment requirements, and pricing may vary according to the dog’s training plan.

Dogs 180 may determine that another training format is more appropriate based on a dog’s health, behavior, training goals, or safety needs.

9. Pet Sitting, Dog Walking & In-Home Services

For services performed at the client’s home, the client is responsible for providing Dogs 180 with safe and reliable access to the property.

Clients must disclose any information reasonably necessary to enter and provide services safely, including:

  • Alarm or security-system instructions

  • Gate or lock instructions

  • Other animals in the home

  • Known property hazards

  • Restricted areas

  • Feeding instructions

  • Medication instructions

  • Emergency contact information

  • Veterinary information

  • Behavioral or handling concerns

The client is responsible for maintaining a reasonably safe environment for the dog and the Dogs 180 team member providing services.

Dogs 180 is not responsible for inability to provide a scheduled service when access cannot reasonably be obtained because of incorrect access information, malfunctioning locks, inaccessible gates, activated security systems, or similar circumstances outside Dogs 180’s control.

10. Outdoor Activities & Dog Walking

Clients understand that outdoor activities involve risks that cannot be completely eliminated.

These may include:

  • Encounters with other animals

  • Wildlife

  • Traffic

  • Weather

  • Uneven terrain

  • Environmental hazards

  • Insects

  • Plant material

  • Equipment failure

  • Unexpected behavior by the dog or other animals

Dogs 180 will take reasonable precautions based on the circumstances but cannot guarantee that every environmental hazard or unexpected event can be prevented.

Dogs 180 may shorten, modify, relocate, or cancel an outdoor activity when weather, temperature, air quality, storms, road conditions, safety concerns, or other circumstances make the planned activity inappropriate.

11. Health, Vaccinations & Illness

Clients are responsible for complying with the Dogs 180 Vaccination & Pet Care Policy and any service-specific health requirements.

Dogs showing signs of potentially contagious illness may have services postponed, canceled, or modified.

Clients must inform Dogs 180 promptly of significant changes in their dog’s health, medication, injury status, or veterinary restrictions.

Dogs 180 does not provide veterinary medical services and does not diagnose medical conditions.

When Dogs 180 believes a behavioral or physical issue may have a medical component, the client may be advised to consult a licensed veterinarian.

12. Emergency Veterinary Care

If a dog becomes ill or injured while under Dogs 180’s care, reasonable efforts will be made to contact the owner or designated emergency contact.

If immediate veterinary attention is reasonably believed to be necessary and the owner cannot be reached, the client authorizes Dogs 180 to seek reasonable emergency veterinary care on the dog’s behalf.

Whenever practical, Dogs 180 will attempt to use the client’s preferred veterinarian or emergency veterinary provider.

The client is responsible for veterinary treatment, transportation, medications, and other emergency expenses incurred on behalf of the dog unless Dogs 180 is legally responsible for those expenses.

13. Inherent Risks of Working With Animals

Clients acknowledge that dogs are living animals and that animal behavior can be unpredictable.

Even well-trained dogs may unexpectedly:

  • Bite

  • Scratch

  • Jump

  • Pull

  • Run

  • Escape

  • React to another animal or person

  • Damage property

  • Become injured

  • Cause injury to another animal or person

Participation in dog training, walking, sitting, and related activities involves inherent risks that cannot be completely eliminated even when reasonable precautions are taken.

Clients agree to disclose known risks and cooperate with Dogs 180 regarding reasonable safety procedures.

Nothing in these Terms is intended to waive or exclude liability that cannot legally be waived or excluded.

14. Client Equipment & Supplies

Clients are responsible for providing appropriate supplies when requested for their service.

Depending on the service, these may include:

  • Food

  • Treats

  • Medications

  • Leashes

  • Collars

  • Harnesses

  • Crates

  • Bedding

  • Waste bags

  • Training equipment

  • Feeding supplies

  • Written care instructions

Clients must notify Dogs 180 of allergies, dietary restrictions, medication requirements, or equipment concerns.

Dogs 180 may require replacement or alternative equipment when provided equipment is unsafe, damaged, improperly fitted, or unsuitable for the service.

15. Scheduling

Service availability is subject to Dogs 180’s schedule, geographic service area, staffing, program capacity, and the individual needs of the dog.

Appointments are not considered confirmed until accepted or confirmed by Dogs 180.

Clients are responsible for providing accurate appointment information and notifying Dogs 180 promptly when circumstances change.

Repeated missed appointments, late arrivals, access problems, or scheduling difficulties may result in fees, changes to future scheduling privileges, or discontinuation of services.

16. Pricing & Payment

Current prices may be displayed on the Dogs 180 website, provided during an assessment or consultation, or stated in a service-specific agreement.

Prices are subject to change for future services.

A price change will not retroactively alter the agreed price of a service or package that has already been purchased unless the client and Dogs 180 mutually agree otherwise.

Depending on the service, Dogs 180 may require:

  • Payment at the time of booking

  • A deposit

  • Partial payment

  • Payment before a program begins

  • Payment according to a program-specific schedule

The applicable payment requirements will be communicated before the client commits to the service.

Additional charges may apply for requested add-ons, extended time, additional dogs, holidays, special scheduling circumstances, or other services when disclosed to the client.

17. Cancellations, Missed Appointments & Refunds

Unless a different cancellation policy is provided for a particular service or program, clients should provide at least 24 hours’ notice when canceling or rescheduling.

Late cancellations and missed appointments may result in:

  • A cancellation fee

  • Loss of a scheduled session

  • Loss of an applicable deposit

  • Other consequences disclosed when the service is booked

Training packages, extended programs, reserved dates, holiday services, and other specialized services may have additional cancellation or refund terms.

Any service-specific cancellation or refund terms provided at the time of purchase or enrollment will control over this general provision.

Emergencies and unusual circumstances may be reviewed on a case-by-case basis.

18. Weather & Conditions Outside Our Control

Dogs 180 may modify, postpone, reschedule, or cancel a service when circumstances outside reasonable control make the service unsafe or impractical.

Examples include:

  • Severe weather

  • Extreme heat or cold

  • Dangerous road conditions

  • Power outages

  • Natural disasters

  • Government restrictions

  • Property-access problems

  • Public emergencies

  • Illness or other unexpected circumstances

When possible, Dogs 180 will communicate changes as soon as reasonably practical.

19. Property Damage

Dogs may cause damage to homes, yards, furniture, equipment, clothing, personal belongings, or other property.

Clients are responsible for informing Dogs 180 of known destructive behaviors and taking reasonable precautions to secure valuable, fragile, dangerous, or irreplaceable items.

Dogs 180 is not responsible for damage caused by the normal or reasonably foreseeable behavior of a client’s dog unless the damage results from negligence or other conduct for which Dogs 180 is legally responsible.

20. Photographs & Media

Dogs 180 may occasionally wish to photograph or record dogs for training documentation, educational purposes, social media, marketing, or business content.

Dogs 180 will honor any applicable consent or media-release requirements.

If a client has granted permission and later wishes to limit future use of their dog’s image, the client should contact Dogs 180.

Withdrawal of permission will apply prospectively and may not require removal of materials that were lawfully created, published, printed, or distributed before the request was received.

21. Communications

By providing contact information to Dogs 180, you authorize Dogs 180 to use that information as reasonably necessary to:

  • Respond to inquiries

  • Confirm appointments

  • Communicate regarding your dog

  • Provide scheduling information

  • Send service-related notices

Marketing communications, when used, will be subject to applicable consent and opt-out requirements.

This provision does not require a client to assume responsibility for negligence, gross negligence, willful misconduct, or unlawful conduct by Dogs 180.

  • Changes in services

  • Changes in business practices

33. Electronic Communications & Agreements

Where Dogs 180 and the client agree to conduct a transaction electronically, electronic records, acknowledgments, signatures, and agreements may be used as permitted by applicable law.

A client may request information about alternative methods of completing required documents when available.
