Vaccination and Boarding Policy

At Dogs 180, the health, safety, and happiness of every dog in our care are our top priorities. To ensure a safe environment for all pets, we require the following policies for our doggie daycare and in-home boarding services:

Vaccination Policy

All dogs must be current on the following vaccinations:

    1. Rabies – Required for all dogs over 16 weeks old.

    1. Distemper/Parvovirus (DAPP) – Includes protection against distemper, adenovirus, parainfluenza, and parvovirus.

    1. Bordetella – Protects against kennel cough; must be administered within the last 12 months.

Proof of Vaccination:

    • All vaccination records must be provided prior to your dog’s first visit and updated annually.

    • Records can be emailed or uploaded through your dogs profile.

Dog Boarding Policy

    1. Health Requirements:
        • Dogs must be free of contagious illnesses, parasites, and fleas. A recent wellness exam is recommended.

        • Dogs exhibiting signs of illness (e.g., coughing, vomiting, or diarrhea) may be denied entry until cleared by a veterinarian.

    1. Behavior Requirements:
        • Dogs must be non-aggressive toward people and other dogs.

        • A temperament evaluation is required for new dogs to ensure they are a good fit for group play or in-home boarding.

    1. Age & Spay/Neuter Requirements:
        • Puppies must be at least 16 weeks old and fully vaccinated.

        • Dogs over 6 months old must be spayed or neutered unless medically exempt.

    1. Personal Belongings:
        • You may bring your dog’s food, treats, and a favorite toy or blanket for comfort.

        • We cannot accept items such as rawhides, breakable bowls, or irreplaceable belongings.

    1. Drop-off and Pick-up Times:
        • Strictly adhere to scheduled times to maintain a smooth transition for all pets in our care.

Cancellations and Refunds:

    • Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours in advance to avoid fees.

    • Refunds or credits may be provided for emergencies on a case-by-case basis.

By adhering to these policies, we can create a safe and enjoyable experience for your furry family member while providing peace of mind for you.
